Our clients include local, national, and international developers, institutional lenders and investors, REITs, owners of sports teams and related facilities, and other traditional and non-traditional sponsors of real estate interests. We frequently serve as lead real estate counsel in major corporate mergers and acquisitions and in large-scale energy projects.
