The firm's surface and air transportation industry group includes lawyers and regulatory specialists who focus on the myriad regulations issued by the U.S. Department of Transportation and its modal administrations; the National Transportation Safety Board; the U.S. Department of Homeland Security; and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Whether the project entails assisting clients with automobile compliance and defect investigations; assisting with regulatory issues affecting the aviation industry or space tourism; counseling clients' employees on the regulations governing advertising strategies; or developing a finance and cost-recovery system; our attorneys and regulatory specialists use their extensive and diverse experience to develop effective solutions to client needs.
